Do report credits expire?
No. Single reports and 5-pack credits stay on your account until you use them.
What does the 5-pack add beyond five reports?
Two things. You get AI comparisons — put up to five vehicles you've scanned side by side and get a recommendation on which one to buy, with the reasoning. And we create an account for you automatically, so you can sign in and revisit every report from your dashboard.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free report or a single purchase — enter your email, get your report. A 5-pack creates an account automatically and emails you the sign-in details, because comparisons and saved reports need somewhere to live.
Where does my report arrive?
The results page shows an overview, and the full report is emailed to the address you enter — so use one you'll actually check. That email is where the negotiation script and mechanic checklist live.
