Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoSeer, operated by PuscherMedia Corp. ("PuscherMedia", "we", "us", or "our"), a federal Canadian corporation. By accessing or using AutoSeer at auto-seer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

1. What AutoSeer does

AutoSeer is an AI-powered vehicle intelligence platform that provides vehicle health reports, recall information, repair cost estimates, and pre-purchase evaluation tools based on publicly available data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), third-party vehicle data providers, and AI analysis.

AutoSeer reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional mechanical, legal, or financial advice. Always have any vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before making a purchase decision.

2. Accounts and eligibility

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use AutoSeer if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been previously suspended or terminated by us.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

3.1 Free tier

One free vehicle scan is available per email address. Free scans include a health status indicator, open recall count, priority issues, and a 3-month repair cost preview.

3.2 Owner Plan subscription

The Owner Plan is a recurring monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

3.3 Buyer's reports

Single buyer's reports ($4.99) and 5-packs ($19.99) are one-time purchases. Single reports do not expire. 5-pack credits do not expire. All sales are final — no refunds except as required by applicable law.

3.4 Add-on vehicle slots

Owner Plan subscribers may add vehicle slots at $2.99/month each. Add-on slots are billed as part of your existing subscription and may be removed at any time, subject to Stripe proration.

3.5 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may apply.

4. Accuracy of information

AutoSeer sources data from NHTSA, VehicleDatabases, and AI synthesis (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any report.

• Recall data is sourced live from NHTSA and may not reflect recalls issued after a report is generated.
• Repair cost estimates are based on third-party data and actual costs may vary significantly by region, vehicle condition, and service provider.
• Market value estimates in buyer's reports are derived from web search data and AI analysis. They are estimates only and should not be relied on as authoritative valuations.
• AI-generated content may contain errors. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on AutoSeer reports.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AutoSeer for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to circumvent scan limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Resell or redistribute AutoSeer reports without written permission
• Share account credentials with others
• Use disposable email addresses to bypass scan limits

6. Intellectual property

AutoSeer and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by PuscherMedia Corp. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Vehicle data sourced from NHTSA is in the public domain. Repair cost data is licensed from VehicleDatabases. AI-generated report content is produced under license from Anthropic.

You may download and print reports for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AutoSeer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PuscherMedia disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PuscherMedia Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AutoSeer — including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on vehicle reports, purchase decisions made based on AutoSeer data, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of AutoSeer shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of AutoSeer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
